I like the lady in Midwest City, bought a money order from BOK and it got lost in the mail and they refuse to trace it, stop payment on it or refund the amount of the money order. This was to help my daughter in her child support payment and now because of the money being lost and this branch refusing to do anything my daughter is sitting in county jail for 6 months. I might add that I purchased this money order in Nov of 2009 and it is now April of 2010. Needless to say my daughter's 6 months will be up in June. According to the brach manager of this branch it isn't their policy to refund the money. If the money order is never received and cashed then according to her my money will just sit there ( drawing interest no doubt) so if you want a money order then for the love of God DON'T buy it from Bank of Oklahoma Sand Springs branch. Thank you for letting a very mad momma vent.
