United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Mon, June 21, 2010
I got a job working with this company. For a company being around for 10 years or so why do they only have 5 employees? I was hired there, before even accepting the job I filled out an application which they ran my credit from. Their employee handbook is a joke once I ended up reading it. I got many contacts for this company and quite a few sales in the month I was there. They ended up terminating me for no reason. I found out from another employee about it. They took all my contacts and tried calling them for themselves. This company is a joke and I would seriously look into anything about them before I invested any money. I went on several training calls with the sales manager and not 1 customer that I met was satisfied with their service. Most people accuse them of being crooks and telling them lies. Bad experience with this company and I know many others have as well.

take their sales person ( one in your area that contacted you) to small claims court We were victumized by mpi also, local sales person here in san diego was Jack Kelly. I hope by putting this info on the net we can track down the sales peresons that contacted us ( all those businesses that were victums of the scammers) and take them to small claims court for the damages and use their lies and bogus sales practices to make the case. Mpi is being 'overhauled' due to being charged with fraud in federal court, I see no reason we can not get some justice out of the local sales persons that were in on the scam. the leasing of cc machines was built on lies and the overall cost is totally victumization. Lets get these ( sales persons) exposed on the net, find their home and current business addresses and see if they can hide

Bank Transactions ripped me off. Their sales people deceived me and locked me into a contract that I could not get out of. They were relentless with sales calls and never respected our requests to "LEAVE US ALONE". So finally my father gave in to them because they promised us that we would make money with their services. It was all lies. It ended up costing us over $4000. and destroyed our credit. Bank Transactions never followed through with their promises. From what I understand from other businesses in the area, they have a reputation as scum of the earth because of their shady business practices of lies.

We had the same stuff pulled on us some time ago, bogus lease for cc machine at about 20 times the actual cost of it. I would suggest putting the sales persons info here ( and anywhere else on the net business owners in the san diego area will see) so they can tell him to buzz off when he comes around with his bogus offers. even better, get his dirvers licsence info ( home address) and see how fast he runs off. be sure to post all the info on these scammers you can get. the scum bag that sold us our bill of goods was working for mpi at the time, His name is Jack kelly. we would really like to find the dirtbag and see he gets what is due him
