Bought a 2017 certified preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee, paid in full as well as for an extended warranty. Stalled twice on the way home and radio was unusable. Called the salesman. The next morning it was dead. Called Westbury and told them I was not happy and wanted to bring the car back. They say no. I said there's a Lemon Law. They say hire a lawyer.
The car has been in the shop at another dealer every day this week. Continually refuses to start; I get error messages and had to call AAA three days in a row. Radio and UConnect do not work correctly. Back hatch groans when closing. Dealer lied about providing a loaner. Liles about everything. Bad news.
