Update: I finally received a call from the company and was told my charges will be removed. I received a letter within 7 days of the call and all charges have been removed and my balance is zero.

You file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift Supervision. Otherwise the bank will ignore you and not do anything. This is not legal- the banks know this and hope you never take the time to research who you can complain to - Which obviously you have not tried to do other than post a complaint and wait for someone to tell you. www.ftc.gov www.ots.gov THE INTERNET IS A TOOL - USE IT!
