Damone from their Customer Service team wrote me and apoligized for not answering the phone and wrote that it was due to unusually high call volumes and that he could answers quesitons via email if I had them. I asked it on Thursday of last week, It's now Tuesday and he's never responded back. I asked him again to respond and he's said nothing. This has been an utter waste of my time and a complete disregard for customer service and professionalism.
