Mr. Nishman does land sales through Ebay and other outlets. He buys land all over the U.S. and resells it. Sometimes he sells land he knows he doesn't have clear title to. Sometimes he takes the money and doesn't turn over the deed. His Balmaco company was successfully sued for fraud in San Francisco County. Then the California Secretary of State suspended Balmaco's corporate status for wrongdoing. Horizon Land stuck another Ebay land buyer with back taxes that Mr. Nishman failed to disclose and because his businerss addresses are basically mail drops, he evaded being served with legal papers in that case and the buyer was left holding the bag. That must have made Barry confident, because he then ripped us off for 10 grand and has yet to deliver the deed that he contracted to deliver, despite repeated demands. He has emailed this writer to state that he "lost the paperwork." He cashed the check more than six weeks ago. The man is a criminal. BEWARE of BARRY NISHMAN.

Mr. Nishman has come through will all of his promises. After several delays, he has held up his end of the bargain and I am completely satisfied. From lost paperwork to a deed rejected by the county recorder's office, he has corrected everything that's been asked of him. Count me among the hundreds (?) of satisfied customers. Maybe he's had bad luck with his previous businesses, maybe ours was a more complicated transaction?
The bottom line is that he has come through in the end.

In the past year I have purchased NINE parcels of property from Barry Nishman. A good friend of mine has also bought a parcel. There were no liens on any of the lots. When I paid this year's taxes I found that the taxes had been paid to date. There has been no question raised on any of the property by the Cochise County Arizona Recorder's Office about problems with title.
In my dealings with Mr. Nishman, I found him to be a fair and straightforward person, willing to help in any way possible. His advertisments were not deceptive and sneaky as are a number of others. He sold the lots for the high bid. You did not have to read the fine print to discover you had bid on the down payment, and the real price was hidden in the fine print.
I noticed that on EBay alone Mr. Nishman has sold somewhere around 850 properties. I have read the reviews. All but two of the customers were completely satisfied. That would give him over a 99.75% approval rating from other clients. That is really a fine record.
I do not know what misunderstandings prompted the attack on Mr. Nishman. I do know I found him to be an honest, decent man in all of the dealings we had. I will recommend him without reservation to other friends, and avail myself of his services in the future.
