Basic Car Parts of Monroe Louisiana Order Headlamp Assembly 12/09/09 $235 called several times was left on hold asked for the part of money returned to date no refund or part. Internet
On 12/09/09 I ordered a Headlamp Assembly for a 2001 Mazda Millienia paid 235 charged to my visa. Jim a Basic Car Parts made the order and was responsible for the shipment. The Part was delivered to the wrong place Newport News, VA I live in Dover, DE. I have called numerous time being left on hold for long periods of time and when I did talk to Jim the country bumpkin he told me either his computer was down or he would return my call he did not return my call. Called Basic Car Parts today 1/29/10 still no part left on hold by Jim and when he did pick up the computer was down so he said and that he would return my call. This has been on going now for two months almost and still no part or refund of my money.
