bath and body works Show a $10 discount of $30 plus free shipping...but they won't give me the free shipping if I don't spend $40 Internet

This company offers $10 off plus free shipping of orders $30 or more with a code.
When you apply the code to the bag only gives the $10 off. I had to call to costumer service and they told me that actually I had to put $40 on my bag to get the free shipping. The lady on the phone even accepted that is a mistake of BBW that they didn't put that in the fine print but at the end...Sorry but you don't get it.
