Bath Fitter Kent is fully aware of the repairs required for this customer. In fact a top installer who was there on Friday has written up a report on the necessary repairs that are requested. We will complete these to the customer's 100% satisfaction and we will not shy away from any workmanship issues that this customer of ours has mentioned. The Branch Manager for this location will be in touch with her immediately. We are very concerned about our reputation and the need to provide an excellent product that can be enjoyed for years to come. We have thousands of very satisfied customers in Washington State and we intend to keep it that way. We know that mistakes can be made but they can also be fixed to regain customer confidence.
