Ordered Optima Red Top Group 78 for 145.95 with free shipping only it wasn't quite free $15.00 Hazardous Handling fee. so that's the first scam

I waited a few days and tried calling only to be told to email and then got hung up on.

first email 5-7-09 (order number in subject)

When will I receive my battery?

your web site states that "98% of our order ship within 24 hours of receipt, if placed during a normal business week." ..."Your shipment can be tracked online on your account,and we send tracking numbers via email when the order ships"

It's been the better part of a week and I have not yet received tracking information via email and the status online has not changed. I expect to hear back from you by the end of the day tomorrow that it has shipped or I'll hit you with a charge back through the credit card. I can be reached by this email ???@???

Frankly i couldn't care less, but what ever I wasn't going to get anywhere until they got back

so trying to be reasonable I emailed again on 5-14-09

so it has been another week and still no communication are you going to ship the battery?

Ok this is getting out of hand. It's now May 20 I still haven't heard when you are going to ship order 5589. You have changed me back on May 5. When will you ship this battery? I expect a shipping conformation number by the 21st. If I don't have a shipping number by then I will forward this series of emails to the card company and you can deal with them.

no that's not a typo those hicks can't even type a date in there autoresponder

so now 6-1-09

Once again I tried to talk to someone since they won't actually respond to an email. So, I tried calling and again they tolk me to email an hung up before I could even ask if there was another email they do check. I tried to call back and tell them what I though of this and they turned off their voice mail!!

I was trying to be a nice guy and hope they would send the battery. and according to my card company they wouldn't accept the protest until that month closed. At least i got a battery I ordered one from Amazon I took the free shipping that was supposed to take 2 week they got it it me in 4 Days and it was the same price with no hidden charges.

It's been almost a month since you told them you were going to dispute the charge via the CC company. Have you done this? Since they haven't actually shipped anything you would be well within your rights to dispute the charge. Just quit screwing around with them. They've made it more than obvious that they don't care about your issues.
