UPDATE: I do not know if it was my continuous barrage of calls and emails, my posts to Ripoff Report, my calls to fellow videographers at TV stations or a combination of all these actions, but Battery Refill finally DID send me back a rebuilt battery. It took them almost three and a half months, but it is now over seven months later and the battery is working very well. My only complaint is that the LCD display on the battery has a couple of missing bars, but overall the LCD is still working, and more importantly the battery itself performs well. My original complaint simply stated that I had received nothing for my money, and no communication from the company. Put simply, I thought I had BEEN RIPPED OFF plain and simple. It turns out that I had NOT, the company is just very slow, or they were slow with me. Now I am happy, happy with the battery, happy with its performance, and happy that Battery Refill finally came through and fulfilled all its claims. The LCD? It could have been damaged during shipping for all I know, and in that case BR has no responsibility because the battery was packed very well for return shipping. Overall I am relieved that I have my battery back and that it is rebuilt and refilled. I figure it is fair to file this update in view of the fact that the company finally made good.
