I'm so depress these days and lack and happiness because Bay City Motors of San Leandro took 13K from me because the BMW 740i i bought from them is totally a Lemon. Now my BMW is back in the shop because now it needs a engine. no one know how much pain and turmoil i'm in from this company. They even had me to buy a AUL warrant that is a ripoff as well.
AUL want even fix my car because they said i didn't have enough oil changes. How could I when my BMW stay in the shop. If you would like to contact me my email address is (((redacted))). I really need a lawyer as well. i bought the car from them February 3, 2012 have had the car for over a year look what i'm going through contact me we can help each other.

I contacted a lawyer today also.
Bay City Motors is THE EPITOME of a scummy, swindling, dishonest used car lot.
After selling me a car with undisclosed pre-existing *major* problems, they are unwilling to make the situation right, claimimg "We didn't catch the problem before sale". Inspection by an outside mechanic revealed that the major engine problems are something that any sound mechanic should have spotted immediately.
Instead, their hacks signed off saying the vehicle was in good driving condition. Now that it won't run (after 2 weeks), they are encouraging me to fraudulently exploit the warranty company. As easy as this would be to do, I don't involve myself in this sort of game, so - I'm going legal.
As a small business owner, I find it disgraceful that the owner seems to regularly conduct his business in this manner. I wish that I had seen the sea of countless consumers who had been duped BEFORE buying this stupid car for $10k cash.
Oh - And apparently the owner, (Mr. Michael Shapiro aka Wlandyslain Jahiewicz) has a strict policy that his name NOT be given to any of his customers. I can see why.
In any case, I am new to rip-off report, so I'm not sure how to go about contacting you... If you know how to do that, please contact me. I would love any sort of advice you may have so that I can minimize the hassle of dealing with Bay City Motors.
Thanks in advance!
