I finally received the money that was due to me,more than a week after it was promised. And for good measure, the website that listed the bracelet deleted all of my pertinent purchase order information, but I previously had copied & pasted it,and saved it in a folder. Now I can finally put this nightmare behind me!

Finally recieved Ed Levin bracelet on (4/24),but it is NOT the one described in Ms. Davenport's shop.
Ed Levin makes 2 versions of this bracelet: a solid 14k & sterling, which sells for $1358,and a less expensive version of the same design elements ,which sells for $530. In her Rubylane shop,Ms.Davenport stated that she was selling the ***solid gold*** version. When I finally received the bracelet after a month,it turned out to be the less expensive $530 version. I took it to my local jeweler, and this was verified.
She had promised to issue me a partial refund, and I still have not received the money yet! I was told that it would be mailed on 04/26,never received the money.Spoke with her on the phone, and she promised that it would be sent Priority Mail,& that I would get it today (05/04).Still no money! Sent an e-mail,and still no response. Going to update district attorney's office this week, and also the Better Business Bureau.
Here is the link for bracelet that was described....

She sold this bracelet for a friend,& she claimed that she was told it was the more expensive version.Mistakes happen, but when they occur, you should make it right by following through on your promises! If I don't receieve the refund,or a response within the next couple of days,I will update the DA,and the Better Business Bureau

I too had a similart experience with Lisa Davenport I threatened to call the FBI Since this is actually interstate wire fraud She finally sent me the earrings I bought for 200.00. The real culprit here and I will file a new ripoff report on them is "Ruby(ripoff)Lane All I got from them is was a form letter telling me how great their customer service was rated but no help They even removed my Email correspondence with Lisa Davenport supporting my legal claim I finally threatened to include them as coconspirators in interstate wire fraud. They enabled it to occur and covered up the evidence. Lisa Davenport did finally send me the merchandise and I will remove my report on her . I just dont understand how after 7 years you just stop dealing honestly with people. A simple Email would have made me feel like it was just a delay. Go after Ruby Lane They have no protections in place like paypal, and they honestly dont care. They will never see a dime of my money again. I spend thousands on ebay yearly. Hang in there and push until you get your merchandise
