Bay Marine And Sports Center Bay Marine and Sports Center - Humiliates Customers with Wrongful Accusation Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Granite Shores, Texas
Bay Marine and Sports Center is amazing at their ability to lie about when your boat will be finished for service. Plan an extra 2 weeks to what they tell you. Also, be sure to watch the deck hands on the fuel dock. They might try to fill up your boat through a rod holder and not the gas tank.
Be very careful to watch what you say if you make a comment. I was publicly humiliated in front of my friends and family when I was wrongfully blamed for using the "f-word" toward dock hand that spilled oil all over my boat and almost filled my bilge with fuel. I was shocked at this off the wall accusation as were the guests on my boat, that witnessed the whole thing. Then without proof or an ability to give my side of the story, I was kicked out of the marina. I wish this wasn't a true story but it is... Stay away from Bay Marine and Sports Center. You will enjoy your boat much more without these guys. I am only using LBJ Yacht Club for storage and Tropical Marine for the Service. Do the same and save yourself money and frustration.
