this company is a fraud. i was told i could recieve a refund if i didnt want the services. their ad in the newspaper says they have a money back guarantee.

this company failed to refund me and was rude to me on the phone. I told them they could go f themselves and they will hear from my lawyer. i called back and the guy said that i cant geta refund because i received the service at a discount price.

these people are on ripoffreport . com and they are scammers. my lawyer will be contacting them soon. tuesday is when i am going to file a claim against them. do not trust these people. the lady that set up my account is cathy and the guy who i talked to claiming he was the manager name was brian. then a new guy sounding just like the guy so called brain said his name was steve. these people cannit be trusted.

please do your research on these people because they are fake and i cant find anyone who has actually gotten divorced by them. this company also monitors this website and others. they have commented on all claims and reports. if they were a real company then they wouldnt be concerned with what people are reporting. this is a red flag!!!! i am looking for a full refund and i do not need their service. today is may 23, 2014.

i called them today and i placed an order. then i called right back to cancel because my soon to be ex has already filed and i didnt need their service anymore. i was denied a refund so i contacted my bank and i contacted my lawyer and i am also going to file a claim with the better business bureau. plus i am looking to sue if my refund isnt issued. i am very serious about this. i can not afford to be scammed by a company claiming to help me when instead they are robbing me.

I believe your are mistaking Baylor with Baycor. 2 Different companies and 1 (Bay Cor) is a scam

These divorce ads have been around forever. I did heavy research on these guys. Theyve got like 12 complaints over the last couple years. Thats 12 people out of tens of thousands of customers since 1977 and all those people got helped with any issues they could have had. Dont know why this lady (original complainer) is trying to talk bad about them, but maybe she should just talk to them directly instead of this third party crap.  Besides, they have an a rating on the BBB, kinda makes me think the error is on the complainers side.

If you call these guys youll realize real quick that theyre legit. Since Baylor did both my fiances divorce and mine, so we could get married, you can tell theyre 100% about customsr service. They help me out so im just out to say, the staff with baylor are great call them yourself and theyll get you taken care of. 1-800-522-6000 best service ive had in a long time.

 They are all lying. I did call back very heated with them and they took it as a joke. i have recieved no papers at all. And they did say that if i wasnt satified that i could have my money back. My bank and legal aid are coming for these people. so believe what you want but in the end they are liars and the truth will be told. i have a recording of the phone call. it was very expensive but it will help my case. so thank you and see you in court. :)

These guys went through my second divorce with me and i found them to be pretty helpful and upright. I got a discount due to disability, and they even did all the documents for me. I don't know what this lady is complaining about. They even upgraded my papers to reflect my new address. I always talked to a real person and wasn't ever put through one of those stupd robot voicemail things. This company has been around longer than I have, and their experience shows. Just thought id put my 2 cents in, since shesaid she never heard of somebody getting a divorce from them. I did,

This customer has already received consultation, a case file, and paperwork worth $450.

In regards to this complaint, Baylor & Associates, Inc. will be addressing  this point by point, as nearly everything this customer has stated is false and an attemp to slander our 40 year old company.

Firstly, this customer was never told that she could get a refund "if she didn't want our services." Why would she have enlisted and payed for our services, knowing and having been through a consultation covering our processes, services, and policies, if she did not want them and agree to them?

Secondly, we do have amoney back Guarantee. It is explianed prior to any transactions and is furthermore provided to the customer in writing. This customers situation was assessed and determined that she did not qualify under that Guarantee.

Thirdly, we did not fail to refund this customer. The customer failed to qualify under our Guarantee.

Fourth, this statement is true, the customer did use many profanities and threaten our company and staff.

Fifth, this customer did call back, and had explained to her a second time why she did not qualify for a refund, by a manager.

Sixth, at the time of this customers call, she stated that we were on Ripoffreport.com. Thsi site was checked immediately and nothing was found. To date, this customer is the only complaint on this site, and this is only an attemp to slander and extort our reputable and long-standing company.

Seventh, Baylor & Associates, Inc. has been providing service to thousands ofhappy customers each year, and will continue to do so.

Lastly, we monitor and respond to any and all customer complaints and or questions in order to fully serve our customers and resolve any misunderstanding or questions they have.

Thank you for your consideration, and allowing us to repsond to this malicious and libelous assault on our good name.
