BB & T BRANCH BANKING fraudulent NSF charges rude employees who don not understand banking LEXINGTON South Carolina
I opened an account only 2 short months ago. BB&T has charged me with 5 overdrafts, but no one can explain why. One of the employees accused me of "floating" checks. When I showed him my checkbook ledger, he made another excuse.
I had my husband go over my checkbook, he found no mistakes. We went back, another rude employee couldn't find any problems either, but said the bank doesn't make mistakes. When we showed here the figures from the onloine statement, again... more excuses.
I'm 44 and never bounced a check in my life, then I move to SC and bounce 5???
I withdrew my money, and informed them that I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen "DO NOT BANK AT BB and T"! It was a very expensive lesson, I wish I would have checked this web site first. This seems to be something they do at all their banks. Well, someone's pockets are getting padded!
