well yes i do have money that goes in on the 3rd and on the first i pay my utilities with  the one that is deposited on the first because my bill is due on the first. the other bills i do on line on the second the money comes in on the 3rd the bills are out on two til five days. because that is the time that they go out so you would think the money would be there but its not they hold it til the bills go in then put my money in. this mth they stated showing more on how they do it and i looked agian and sure enough the money was there they just not put it in on the day it came in so you could see that they have left me in the -491.00 dollors so when this mth comes in they will have 491.00 dollors to take from me off the bat. they should have all there bailout money payed back with my help soon. and well the kids and i should be just about without a home.

Please understand that I do feel for your situation.  But if you are serious then you are CRAZY?  Why is it the banks problem that your money gets deposited two days after your bills are due?

What have you done to try and fix this situation?  Have you called the companies to see if they will move you to a different billing cycle after your deposit?  While I really don't recommend this, sometimes you have to do what you have to do.  A lot of times with some companies(mainly utilities) you can pay a few days late with no(or little) penalties.  You may want to check on this as it may be less expensive than ovedraft fees.

Also, if you think moving banks will fix this situation, we will be here waiting for your report on the next bank.
