I haven't had any problem with ordering their products. Do they try to get you to buy stuff you probably don't need? Sure, most companies do. But I haven't found them to be unethical or misleading. The one thing I'd point out about "Mike's Mom" is that it is totally unclear when she actually ordered the product. She says she "Decided" to order on January 10, 2008. That doesn't mean she actually ORDERED the product. Only that she had PLANNED to order the product. Beachbody's staff aren't mind readers. They don't know that you are going to order. Second, the reader clearly ignored the portion of the ordering form which stated it was 3-5 days from date of shipment. Instead of recognizing the fine print, the reader ignored this information and then assumed the product should arrive on January 15, 2008. The problem here is that we don't know when she ordered it. Assuming she ordered it sometime the night of January 10, 2008 means Beachbody wouldn't process the order until at least January 11, 2008. That doesn't mean that they will ship it that day, but that they will process the order. Then when the product did not arrive on January 18, 2008, the reader again fails to consider that the beachbody states it would be 3-5 days. Not 3 days always. 3-5 days. Then Criticizing someone's name because it's Sandeep? Seriously? I just want to point out that this reader is not being realistic nor being fair. Had the reader actually used the Turbo Jam videos, the reader might have blown off some of the steam and dealt with the real anger issues reader has. Reader ignores the full details of beachbody's ordering process. Beachbody is alot better than this reader gives them credit for. I've ordered several things from them, including Power 90, Power 90 Master's Series (which I returned), Power 90X, resistance bands, and extreme resistance bands.

I have never had a problem with Beachbody customer service. i have been a customer with them for 3 yrs. what it sounds like is lack of training for the customer service dept. every person i have spoke to spoke perfect english. However next time it is suggested that you look at the website and contact the other numbers that are posted on their. a couple things for next time. 1. you do not have a right to speak to a supervisor. It is usually good buisness practices to do so, 2. If you curse,yell, or insult a Rep. They have the right to hang up on you. I do it to customers who call up and curse and insult me when i am trying to help them. try and maintain as much composure as possible. 3. Look for any emails on there website and address it to a supervisor of customer service. It is a message board it will be routed to the right person. 4. all beach body products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So there is no point in getting bent out of shape when you will get all your money back less shipping. and if you can get ahold of through email a supervisor you may be able to get that back to. 5. Fill out the customer service forms. But, be professional. Insulting or the use of vulgar language will be instantly thrown away. Give specific names and specific incidents. This will help the training dept train better.
