These people are thieves. They stole money from my husband's credit card. We got it back eventually, but, it was a real hassle. So, I'm warning others out there that this company is a bunch of theives. We never even heard of this company until I saw it on credit card statement. We called them along with a rep. from our credit card company on a conference call. The rep. from BeachBody could barely speak English and what you could understand was a thick heavy East Indian sounding accent. Anyway, I told them that I would be contacting authorities wheather the credit card company did or not and file charges for stealing. So, just so the rest of you out there in internet land know: this company is a lie.

My name is Curtis and I work for Beachbody Customer Service. After reading your post about our company I’ve personally set out to try and help solve these problems. If your credit card was charged and you or your husband never placed an order with us directly that sounds like a case of identity theft where someone contacted us and placed an order using your credit card information. In those cases we work with your credit card company to make sure you receive your refund for the order that was placed. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. I've been using their products for over a year and I'm in loved. They do charge your credit card, but I've read all their imprints and they explain everything, they are pretty clear to me. The comment about the rep who assisted you seems to be a bit racist to me. You could've call and get assistance from another agent. Glad you got your money back! Other companies don't do this.
