Beachbody made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and delivered a product to my home that I didn't order.

On 3/26, I went online to look into ordering Insanity workout by Beachbody. I looked on the Beachbody site and decided that I would order the program. On page one of the order process, I started to enter my information: name, address, credit card number. I proceeded to step 2 where the site tried to make me order additional merchandise. I decided to cancel my order at that point because every time I declined an offer, another product popped up. I was two pages away from the confirmation page and decided to close out my browser and end the order process.

I then went to Amazon.com and ordered insanity directly from the site for one lump some. On 3/31, I noticed a charge on my credit card from beach body for $75 dollars. I called the beachbody phone number that was on my credit card statement 18668675568 and spoke to a rep. I told her the issue and she provided me with a number that she said I had to place on the box when the product was delivered. She also advised me that they would charge my card again on 4/26. The box was scheduled to arrive on 4/1 and I told her I was going to return it ASAP. She told me that a refund would take 1-2 weeks.

I then called my bank to notify them about the unauthorized charge on my card, I cancelled my card, and ordered a new one to hopefully avoid additional charges. I also asked them to block this company from my account. The insanity box arrived on 4/1. It didn't arrive with any return shipping information, just a USPS sticker on the box. I called the original number again and it appeared that my number was blocked from getting through after the initial phone call. I called from a different number and was able to get through. I spoke to 2 reps, both kept putting me on hold for long periods of time and neither resolved my issue. I will be mailing the product back certified on 4/4 to the Ohio address that it came from. I want them to keep the product, issue me a refund, and refrain from putting additional charges on my card.
