I ordered a product from this website two and a half weeks ago, recieved a "item shipped" confirmation two weeks ago, and the item has not been delivered yet. No information on the shipment was provided: no tracking number, no indication on which carrier was used.
This is a perplexing one. The website is set up fairly well, if a bit lacking in orignality, and promises quick customer service and shipment. However, the people running the company come through on neither.
Some customers on this site have reported being able to actually get a hold of a customer service representitive. I have not. After two e-mails and a calling a phone line that never picks up and does not have a voicemail service, I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Judging from the rest of the reports I've read, this company is either extremely poorly run, or is a complete scam. Avoid like the plague.
