Beachwood Hair Clinic -LIARS AND THIEVES! Beachwood, Ohio
I went to the Beachwood Hair Clinic to inquire about their solutions for hair loss. I was sold into the laser hair treatment ($3,300) which would stop my hair from falling out (had a full head of hair). I was GUARANTEED that this treatment would work and assured that I would receive a full refund if it did not work. After following their rigorous methods of countless shampoos, conditioners, solutions, laser appointments and herbal pills I found that my minor problem was quickly becoming worse. My scalp was very irritated, red, burning, itching and even worse my hair was falling out faster than ever. Each time I presented a problem to the staff they couldn't give me any viable solution. Eventually I had enough (many months of progressing issues) and went into speak with the usual employee which I dealt with. She told me that basically they would not honor the refund which was promised in writing and agreed to give me more treatments; which I turned down. I returned the next time to speak with her again and was told she no longer works there. Ultimately they ended up refunding a few hundred dollars which I had to pester them for months to get. This entire experience was just awful! This treatment does not work AT ALL! I was young and got taken by these tricksters. If you have a similar hair-loss problem do not go to this place they have zero knowledge on the matter. I went to a dermatologist and got on Propecia, so far I still have all my hair no thanks to these clowns.
