Moved to Nashville from New York and didn't own a car as you do not need one in New York. recently Divorced so my credit wasn't perfect (Not bad, simple Good).

Well they knew I didn't have a way home without a car. Figured I would buy one as they came recommended. A sales mnager by the name of "Rajun Cajun" Viator (Should have known better - figured it was just another southern hick thing)

Was pre-approved buy Household Automotive Finacnce via these folks, told me I could addord car A: Chevy Cavalier or car B: Used Sanoma Pick up.

Selected the Sonoma was very happy. Put $1000 down and signed on for a 60 month loan, drove off.

Two days later get a phone call that my financeing fell through and had to add another 12 months to my loan, please come back and resign. Ok, fine...signed a docuemnt that showed the additonal 12 months (72 months total)

Ok should have known by this point, but they had my $1000 bucks and said they would charge me "Rental use fees" to return. Fine.

Next thing I know Household Automotive calls and wonders if the truck I purchase has all the items listed: Houshold asks if it has "Tilt steering wheel" (NO) Sliding rear window (NO) Bed Liner (NO).... withing five minutes after I get off with finacne (literally) I have "Rajun cajun" on the phone asking me to come in as they will "Make it Right"... HUH? I am completely oblivous to what is going on..no one mentioned to me their was something not right in all of this.

They put in bed liner, and give me cd player to make up for no slider or tilt steering wheel...

Next thing I know I get my first monthly installment bill for $340.00!!! What?!?!!! Turns out when I came in to re-sign the contract as*ole had not only bumped up the life of the loan an additonal 12 months, but hid in the fine print I had a rate increase from 9% apr to over 13%..and the price of the car had gone from $9000 to over $13,000!!!1 THis was a 2 year old used truck with over 30,000 mis on it, and I was paying the same price as a brand new one!!! (remember I was told I wouldn't qualify for anything other than USed car A or B).....

Nothing I could do, signed a contract. When I went to speak with Beaman I got a big grin and Sorry"....

DO NOT USe THIS DEALER...they will rip you off in fees and bait and switch BS!!!!

Liam. I, The Great Thorn have some info that might help you expose this bad car dealer. First, I want you to understand what this car dealer has really done to you and the bank. They have lied to the bank, so the bank would think that you were getting a nicer truck then you really got. If the bank thinks you got a nicer truck then you really did, they will approve a loan that will let the dealer increase the price. Your PAIN, The dealer's GAIN! If the truck is only worth $10,000 and the dealer lies to the bank as to what options the truck has, they can increase the price and get away with it. Banks do not ask for hard proof as to what options a car or truck has. They just like you in debt. Think DECEPTION and FRAUD!
