I don't know who the customer that wrote the review is, but I'd like to sincerely thank him or her. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry, and I think almost all our customers feel the same way the reviewer does. We have a 30-day money back guarantee, and although we have sold literally thousands of teeth whitening lights, I don't recall a single customer ever returning the product. The Better Business Bureau had us rated A+ the last time I checked.
We continue to innovate in an industry that rarely sees any innovation. For example, when peroxide-based whitening products were outlawed in Europe for anyone but dentists, we delivered a non-peroxide based teeth whitening gel that allows spas and salons to offer teeth whitening services, very affordably, to consumers. No lawsuit has ever been filed against us. We practically never receive complaints from customers, and we usually get the exact opposite: many of our largest customers used to buy from a competitor but after trying our product and our experiencing our customer service, they were happy to give us all of their business.
We invite any customer or potential customer to come and visit our offices and production facility in Vancouver, WA. The lab is housed in a large cleanroom to prevent the product from being potentially contaminated. Our offices are very professional and very clean. I wish more customers could come and visit us so they could tell others how professional our organizationa and our facilities are.
