Payroll fraud first and foremost, owner would not compensate technician for installations and service related work performed, completed, and signed off by the customer, and service providers. Illegal practice of designating employees as a 1099 worker or an independent contractor to avoid payroll tax, unemployment tax and workers compensation.
Providers and distributors are completely unaware of his deceptive business practices, low quality work, and hatred for people in general. This is a "seasoned" fraudster to say the least. He provides no reasonable explanation, and there is always an excuse for the passive-aggressive behaviors. He is always concockting ways to circumvent controls in a matter that can be carried out undetected.
I should have recognized that such actions/and or behaviors are indicative of fraudulant activity, and I should have paid closer attention to such indicators. I lost several thousand dollars. Let me sign off by saying actions speak louder than words.
