found this great web site thought I would check it out.. emailed them asking if they were authenic - of course they are - liar liar. ordered received less then a week later. One ear set wont' work nor will the pause button.
tried to email them and no answer back, I have sent 15 emails and no answer. filed with back was told little to no luck getting my money back.
friends order 3 pair total - 1 set works other 2 don't work - one has marks all over the colored part. no luck with her emails either..anyone have any ideas ?
