I spoke with you numerous times the day we purchased this dog. You told us all the information about this dog. I was given your number so that I could continue to find out more information about her and to receive the AKC puppy paper to send in for the AKC papers. At no time, did you say this dog was not yours. You represented yourself as the breeder. You are grasping at straws, trying to make this look different from the actual circumstances. You are pathetic.
I have a receipt showing an AKC & CKC registered dog. I was told by you to fax the receipt to you which I did right away and was told by you that the AKC paperwork would then be started. Why would you give me your fax number, if this dog did not belong to you? Your daughter spoke to you that night and told you she was mailing the funds to you right away. We were there and heard your conversation with her. You authorized your daughter Jennifer to act in your behalf, to issue the bill of sale to us. We made sure your daughter Jennifer listed AKC & CKC on the receipt since we did not get the AKC paperwork on that day.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS KENNEL. This post from Cynthia Wallin which first states that the dog was sold only as a pet and then on the next rebuttal stated she wasn't involved at all in the sale of this dog shows she will say anything to attempt to get out of a dispute. Never believe a word she says. I am attaching the bill of sale and DNA paperwork to confirm my statements.

This dog was not purchased from me. I did not sell the dog nor receive funds or give any bill of sale for this dog. You will have to take the matter up with Jennifer-the person who sold you the dog. I cannot locate the true birth date of the dog- I am not sure what dog you obtained from Jennifer-therefore cannot tell who the mother of the dog is-therefore I cannot help you.

I was given a bill of sale from Cynthia's daughter Jennifer showing this was an AKC pomeranian. Why would that be listed if I were buying it only as a pet? I was told this was not a show quality dog and was considered more of a "C" grade dog due to it being small boned. At no time was I told this was only a pet. I said up front we planned to breed this dog and that is why we were buying from her line, because of her reputation with her kennel. Even though the dog was not show quality it could still produce some beautiful AKC puppies.
At the time this dog was purchased it was pregnant. The daughter told me the due date which was incorrect. I had the dog less than one week when she delivered 1 puppy, by herself because I didn't know when the due date actually was. I woke up to a huge mess with a pomeranian puppy head in my bedroom. That was truely a shock. I took the dog to the vet to be x-rayed when no other puppies were being delivered and discovered that was the only puppy she was having.
I contacted Cynthia regarding the AKC paperwork and was told I must get DNA paperwork on her to determine her line. Why would I spend the money on this paperwork if I had only been sold a "pet"? Her story changes everytime you speak to her.
I have called her over 300 times and she has answered the phone about 10 times. She purposely avoids your phone calls whenever she knows you have an issue. She told me she would research after the DNA paperwork was received and then request AKC paperwork for our dog.
It is a shame, she can't follow through on what she states to people over the phone. She is a VERY POOR excuse for a breeder. I bred pomeranians for 10 years and the AKC paperwork was given to the new owner at the time the puppy was sold. That is how a reputable kennel handles their business.
DO NOT BUY FROM HER KENNEL. YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I don't intend to drop this issue.

This Pomeranian girl was purchased as a pet, for pet price, approx. $600-and with no AKC papers. My daughter handled the transaction-and there was no assurance of AKC papers given. As a FAVOR to Ms. Wakefield I attempted to discern parentage by DNA-and the sire was verified-but have not been able to determine DNA of the dam-therefore AKC papers cannot be issued-even as a favor. There was no Rip-off. Ms Wakefield has a lovely pet-which is what she paid for. Full breeding rights are much higher in price-and Ms. Wakefield was told that by myself and my daughter.
