Beauté Wrinkle Crème Scammed-Made unauthorized charges to my account; approx 800.00 Internet
I ordered a beauty creme online and authorized shipping charges only. Since then I have been charged just under 800.00 which were not authorized. There was never an email confirmation, or any correspondence for anything. Even the shipment(s) had no packing slip, order details or contact information whatsoever. I finally was able to find a phone number on the ripoff website. I called today (8/8/17) and spoke with a CSR who refused any & all refunds. I asked him to provide me with their return policy and was refused. I also asked him to forward me any correspondence they had that would have shown any authorization to charges that were made to my account. I was denied. The CSR told me I would find their "policies" on their website (www.beaute.com) and that site is completely blank! I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting. I asked to wait. He said I was unable to do that. I asked for the supervisors name and was also denied that information. I asked if i could be placed on hold and the agent told me that he was going to lunch and thanked me for the call. I told the CSR that I was not satisfied with my issue and needed to speak with someone to help. The CSR sat in silence for several minutes before hanging up on me.
