Beautifulhalo I ordered a light in February and never got it and they refuse to refund my money.
I ordered a light on Feb. 4th. It never showed up. In April I started asking for my moeny back and they refused. They kept saying to be patient. On May 5th I finally filed a claim with paypal. Miraculously the company now sayd the item was delivered on May 13 but it never appeared. I work from home on a dead end street. I am always home. I would have known if it was delivered.
It was never delivered. Fedex says I cant file an insurance claim because i didnt pay them for their services, beautifulhalo did so they have to make the claim so I can get my money back. PAypal says the case is closed because they say it was delivered but I never got it. I am now out 120.00 I had to buy a different light from amazon to put up in that room. I have been emailing them for months and they just keep giving me the run around telling me to go to the post office and look for it when they say they used fedex. They keep lying saying it was signed for but fedex says no signature is on file for the delivery.
Beautifulhalo refuses to help me and now I am still trying to get paypal to go after them. I just filed another distribute with paypal and I'm hopeful they will help me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the FTC as well as leaving bad reviews on yelp and anywhere else I can.
