Beaver Floor attempted theft of my money while I awaited order of wood flooring internet
I placed an order for 660 sq. feet of flooring in mid-October, 2002 and was told I would receive it in an estimated 2 weeks.
I placed the order on my credit card, not realizing that they would actually charge it before shipping my product.
There were many phone messages never returned. There were promises to call me before the end of the day. There was even the exuse of a "catastrophic" roof collapse. There was never an apology.
After three months, I cancelled my order. They told they couldn't refund my money until an insurance check was mailed to them. What a ripoff! Fortunately, I never paid my credit card bill. I disputed the charge and had the charges removed.
There is a word for when people take your money and give you nothing in return: robbery! Beaver Floor is run by a theif and should be stopped.
