I order pants from ”UK store online” (adult size US 16) I received elementary schoolgirl grade 6 size ,totally different product from China.They charged my credit card ( double price) $130,15 ,for useless item. Bank name on my credit card shows location of-FHT TONCHOUS CO SHENZHEN in NYC.
I sent 22 messages to [email protected] (who was offering 15% compensation to me ?
My unsuccessful corespondents did not solve my problem.I informed my Bank and cancelled my card.

This company name used to belong to auto body shop,and is permanently closed!
scamers ,from China are using this company name ,to sell cheep cloth,jewellery,shoes and some accessories from China.You don’t have chance to contact them,return cheep item or get your money back.
They RIP-OFF people !!! Probably soon they will change store name and “online service” Do not order on line from unknown company,most of them are scammers!!!
Ps.my Bank was able to collect full amount from Chinese bank in NYC -Tanchous ,Schenzen CO
