Becks Furniture ripoff Rancho Cordova California
Recently I purchased a sectional couch from Becks furniture. There were three prices on the couch. The sales associate told us that the lower of the three was the price of one that was on the sales floor. With him promising us that it was the four piece sectional that we wanted I purchased the couch. Upon later notice the couch turned out to be only three pieces an 11 difference. The so called manager told me that it would be an extra $200 for the fourth piece.
I explained to the manager over the phone that the only reason that I purchased the couch was because the sales associate promised that it was going to be all four pieces. The manager said that the 11 difference wasn't that much. When I said that I didn't feel as though I should have to pay more for something that I was told came with the couch and I might have to cancel the order he said well I will do that for you *click* (he hung up).
A very similar thing happened to my mom as well from this very shady bait and switch company. Either they need to get knowledgeable sales associates or they need to try and fix the mistakes that their employees make
