I am not sure but sometimes the wrong size could be the way someone measures. Now I have a king bed. But because I have a pillow top a 9" will not fit. I need to use the 15" mattress covers. Now with the king I have two twin XL box springs. those are 9" each. and sometimes the sizes are just a hair off because most of todays prodcuts are not Made in the United States. And they use Metric. I am glad you got your refund. I would state to them I would get Fox 5 NY on them and place them on "Shame Shame Shame" See how fast they do not want to be on the news. I do understand if there is a heavy demand for money back, but if you do business over the internet, you will have a very large volume business. They do have a street address so I know its not a scam. If you use Google checkout, it takes longer and even with paypal it takes almost a month to get your refund because the store does not have that information. Most people think that once the info is in the store has it already. But they contract with Paypal and Google Checkout. Those are the ones to ask for a refund or policy. Store has to get the ID number then the order number, then the credit card number and faxed to the store. Sometimes it could take longer depending on the Googlecheckout or Paypal. And how busy the company that takes care of returns. and Paypal and Googlecheck out Outsource, I am not sure, but believe that it out of the country.

I finally got a response on 1/22/07 via email and my refund was given on 1/24/07. I'm very relieved to have my money back, but I'm still unsettled with their business practice. Did this occurrence evolve from my report here and/or my report as well to the Better Business Bureau, or did they finally take care of business from 12/11/06(the date they received the product back at their store). Also when I made my report to the BBB I discovered there were many complaints against this company. Lesson learned: check on reputation of company before ordering pricer items, deal only with national chain stores, and read return policies before ordering so you don't get stuck with restocking fees and their return shipping fees.
