I am writing this for other comsumers whom have also had complaints about bedsheet.com like I have, and to say that their is a solution for a refund.
Send the unwanted product back to bedsheet.com with delivery confirmation which only costs about 0.75 cents, as proof of return. Track it online and wait for bedsheet.com to receive the item, as I did. Then contact your bank or creditcard company, the company whom you used to originally pay for the item. Explain about the return of item and that you recieved no communication from bedsheet.com etc, and YOU WILL get your money back from your bank or creditcard company.
My situation with bedsheet.com was this.
I bought a comforter set from them that was supposed to come with three free cushions, it did not and I was not happy with the overall appearance of the set. I returned it with delivery confirmation to bedsheet.com.
I called their number 800-965-5558, many times which incidenetly the number is not available now?. All I got was a customer service person (I always got the same rep), she would always put me through to an answer machine. I left many messages over a period of a month or more. I received no response back from either emails, or by phone at all.
Luckily, I saved my return tracking number and on the USPS website, it said that bedsheet.com had received the unwanted comforter set a month ago AND was signed for from a person in their company. That was my proof to give to my bank.
So I finally made a formal complaint to my bank and they looked in to the situation and without hesitation, I got a full refund.
I have to say though, that I had bought FOUR comforter sets from bedsheet.com on four seperate occasions previously before this bad experience. And I loved their products. It seemed like id you had a  problem with an UNWANTED item for any reason, it would be like talking to a phantom website. Now it seems, from what I have read from other customers, that bedsheet.com is getting worse by sending items to us within  long periods of time, sending wrong items to us, charging twice etc. They had their phone disconnected, probably because of all the complaints and issues from customers such as myself.
