BEDSHEET.COM Never receive credit for return merchandise & can not get a hold of anyone. RIVERSIDE California
Ordered bed in the bag (1 Sade bedroom in bag 24 pieces queen). I returned the unused product 2 days after receiving it because it the colors did not look like they did online. Never received my credit back (been over 6 weeks and can't get a hold of the company).
First, it is extremely hard to get a hold of someone from this company. I called dozens of times and got a recording that states extension 17 is not available. When I finally did get a hold of a live person I was suppose to be transferred to a manager but got another voice mail. I left several messages both voice mails and emails and never received a response back.
Second, it has been six weeks since the company has received my product back (according to tracking information) and I have never received a credit back or any response. According to their website I was suppose to get a credit back within four weeks.
Third, according to the receipt I received from the company with my merchandise it states You will be refunded 100% of the merchandise minus shipping cost. The one time I spoke with a live person she stated they have since updated the policy and there is now a 15% restocking fee and my receipt was an old one and wrong.
I had to call many many times to get a hold of someone to get a RAN # (supposedly needed to return the product). So if you plan on returning the product you have 14 days to return it but you need a RAN # from the company and it will take you that long to get a hold of someone, NEVER rely on a call back. I am still waiting on my dozens of messages from months ago! And my money back!
As another person posted be very cautious with this company. If I would have read his post before this I would have never purchased from them because it is not worth the hassle. There are many other company's that sell the same products that I have purchased bed in a bag from that have great customer service and you can easily get a hold of the company.
I am going to try and do what AW did in his post and contact the BBB and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I have placed many, many order online with numerous companys and this is the first time I have had such a problem with a company and getting my money back or getting a hold of someone from the company. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with and want to let others know of my experiance.
