I went online to purchase a health product. I put my order through and when from my account there was no transaction recorded. There was also no receipt. When I tried to contact them they didn't respond.

I received the product but received no communication, or confirmation of purchase. Very happy with getting the product. A bit sad that I spent time worrying it wouldn’t arrive.
