this site says a guaranteed win on your first purchase with bids FOR NEW USERS only. i was a new user and i didnt win my first auction and contacted customer support requesting a refund regarding the matter. a few minutes later a person called from beezid claiming he can give me tips and a whole bunch of bids for a really low price and told him no and he kept saying buy this i said no again he was very pursistant and it was really annoying but all in all DO NOT GOP TO THIS SITE. They will RIP YOU OFF
