Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I saw a commercial about beezid promising their first time customers to win with their first bid pack purchase. I looked on the site to see if they had what I wanted which was a 64GB iPhone 5. I saw they had it it so I then made an account to place a bid but when I did it didn't let me bid on it or anything, I then later found it beezid had charged me $60 for absolutely nothing. I called and asked why I could not bid on the item and they stated they "remove" the item because of the event they were gonna have.

I told them I just wanted my money back, they tried pursuant me with their guarantee and 100 extra free bids which I refused. They then asked if I read the terms and conditions and I stated yes, they then told me that I can't expect to win such an item on one purchase of a bid pack. They had just finished stating they they "have a whole crew behind me guaranteeing my first win". So I told them that and how their false advertisement for not stating in specific that we cannot win such or certain items with their "guarantee first auction win". (They didn't like that)

They then told me "we'll it's just common sense, you can't win an item like a MacBook or phone, it takes 600 to a 1000 bids to win it". (Insulting my intelligence?) I told them I didn't care, they said their deal and stated we could win with out first bid pack 100% guaranteed. They also claim they want their customers to be "happy". Well I'm a very I unsatisfied customer, and I'm not happy. I told them again their false advertisement and whether common sense or not they should state the limitations to their "deal". They claim "no catch" etc. "100% guarantee"

This is a scam, with rude service representatives, and I didn't get anything out of what I paid for, I couldn't even bid so why charge me and not refund my money. I'm going to try all I can to get my money back and they said I agreed to their "terms and conditions" that states no limitation to any item or bid pack purchase. I told them I'm gonna talk to my bank & they said "go ahead, we have your terms and conditions here and we will dispute it" I said ok well I look forward to it (I meant being resolved) They then said "so do we". So I don't know if they gave in or they're just being sarcastic. But I suppose we will see.
