I went to the BEEZID.com web site because I'd heard about them on TV. I briefly looked through their offerings because I was looking for a particular item. I found the item but, found that they wanted me to register first (OK, no problem, right?)

I filled in all of the registration info which included my CC. They then told me that I had purchased $70 worth of bids. Trouble is that I never purchased anything.

I called their customer support number and was transfered to "customer service."

 

I spoke with a rude person named Karla who claimed to be the customer service supervisor. I told her what had happened and she said that I clicked on the $70 bid package when I signed in. I told her that I had not clicked on anything. She insisted that I had which was as much as calling me a liar.

I told Karla that I wanted my $70 back. She said that they would issue a credit and it would take 7 - 10 business days. I said that is inexcuseable because they billed my account almost instantly. She continued to be rude and would not listen to anything further that I had to say. I am now waiting on these jerks to issue a refund to my account.

I went back through the registration process, and got to the point where my personnel info was to be typed in.

At that point, I noticed that the $70 Bid Pack was automatically checked on this page. It was so small that a reasonable person would not see it. Again, I checked nothing, it was automatic. Karla had lied to me as well as calling me a liar.

If this company treats potential customers like this, they are a SCAM. Please do not get involved with this company. I've alrady read a lot of bad press on them.
