Bekaert is a liar and a cheat company. I was a Bekaert supporter for many years, I worked with them when they were called DTI and MSC, now they call themselves Bekaert. They are always changing the name. Why is that?! Why are they hiding?! I ordered a big order from my supplier in Taipei and Jason could not deliver, so I got some tints from Canada and some from, Shanghai. The process were different but I didnt care cuase I needed to get the job finished. My installers immediately saw the tint films did not match and the quality from all three centers was not same.
I write a letter to head office in California and no one write me back. I had to go to another tint company in Israel and pay very much extra to get enough tint to finish the job and it cost me lots of money and no one from Bakaert offer compensation. It took many delays and my customer is very mad.
I have family in Toronto and they went to meat Mr. Mackay and he said he is just an employee and not responsible for company. Bekaert tint after 3 months started to come off windows and would not stick. No one from company will help me. I losing many thousands for dollars. The other company tints are not problem.
After 17 years using DTI MSC Bekaert window films tints I no longer trust them, the quality is changed and is very bad and they do not help when we are in trouble because they make mistakes. Bekaert is a liar, a sacm, and a cheater.
