Belinda Hicks, And Ron Lutrick, BAD TENANTS, RIPOFF LOSERS DONT RENT TO THESE FRAUDS ripoff by these 60+ yrs old scam artists. Set me up then bailed. They could be in Nashville TN Santa Fe & Nashville Santa Fe, New Mexico & Tennessee

debatable if these ssnrs are correct, being the frauds they are they probably lied about that too.
so watch out if you are in New Mexico (Santa Fe most likely) and Nashville TN. Where they are likely to head next. He is a so called musician which apparantly doesnt make any money and she is a 'medical subscriber' per her words.
I had nothing but trouble with them complaining day and nite and them always paying late, later and now, not at all. I got them evicted today, the 23rd of Jan 06 with a $2,000 loss.
I'm sure they'll leave a massive amount of work for me to clean up. That is the white trash they are, after all.
Save yourself the hassle and do back ground cks , ask for FIRST, LAST AND DEPOSIT or dont rent to people.

This woman's name is NOT G. Berg as she states it is Gina Kxxxxxxxx or something like it. She is NOT a good landlady. She rigs everything as cheap as possible and then wants to know why you're unhappy. 1. We kept having trouble with the electric, finally got an electrician out there and he told us the wiring was rigged one way and another and we should probably get out of there. 2. We found the place infested with mice, we asked her to get an exterminator, she said "no" they would just come back and brought me a rat trap. 3. We asked her about a screen door so we could open the door in the summer-time she came over the next day with a "hand-made" screen door that lasted exactly one week. 4. Her tenants next door to me shot a deer, the next morning my dog came in the house with a deer leg in her mouth. I called the landlady and told her there were deer parts all over the place and she said she would take care of it, and of course never did, so we had deer innards all over the place. 5. I have spoken or heard from other of her tenants who all consider her a 'slum lord' because of her failure to really take an interest in maintenance and safety issues for her properties. 6. This woman does not even have a bank account. No one could understand how she could be a proper land owner and not even have a bank account. 7. The reason this all finally ended was because she had the electric and gas in her name for the propery and we paid her -- on a tuesday I paid $333 in cash to her for the electric, the next day, she had the power disconnected which meant, 1) no hot water, 2) no way to keep food, 3) no way for me to work, I work over the internet and had to be able to work. She knew this. 8. The other person who lived with me is a musician, not supposedly a musician, and he did the best he could to make enough money to help pay the bills and it just did not work out and she knew it; I had already discussed it with her. 9. We are not 60+ year old scammers. I am NOT a medical subscriber, I don't even know what that is. I have never denied we were behind in our rent, but shutting off the power was no way for her to allow us to catch up. We wound up in a motel where I could get on line for my job, at $60 a night. Watch out for her folks, her properties are never what they seem and no one ever seems to stay more than a year if that long. Also, I demand that my social security number be redacted from this report.
