If the charges on your BellSouth bill are from another company and have a different billing inquiry telephone then the issue comes from that other company. Bellsouth does single billing for several companies and when we recieve a bill we pay it then wait for you the customer to pay us. Sometimes when a company says they will be issuing a credit it may take 2-3 billing cycles. Be patient and if it does not come in call that company directly not BellSouth
