Bella Serata Total Rip Off, Misleading Advertising Florida
I believed that this skin care cream was developed by Angelina Jolie and after ordering the cream that particular add disappeared. I ordered the cream which included an eye cream and face cream, and was informed that I would be paying shipping only on a sample. I ordered on the 18th of the month, received the 24th of the month and was billed 4.95 and 4.93 (same box). I tried it for 4 days and my face turned red and was scally. My Oncologist told me that it was probably a reaction to my chemotherapy. I called Bella Serata on the 4th of the next month after seeing the doctor (10 days after receiveing the product--was told I had 14 days to cancel) and the operator on the phone said "fine, I can cancel that account and sorry about the reaction" and said nothing about returning the product so I through it away so I wouldn't try it again. Then, I get my credit card statement and it showed charges of $89.03 on the 1st of the month and $84.94 on the 2nd of the month. I called them back and was told that the 14 days was from the day of ORDER not when received. So, instead of canceling my charges I got billed because I didn't call w/i 14 days of ordering the cream. When I called to cancel, the operator did not say that there were already full charges on my account,
So, look out anyone considering ordering this cream and bologne. It can cause damage, and you will be charged within 14 days of ordering...almost #190.00.
So sad for someone on Social Security and paying medical bills. They just stuck to the "company policy" and would not listen to anything I had to say.
Very Disappointed.

I cant believe this can still go on , it cliams this was the award winning cream from shark tank, at that all 4 invested . that Ella, Ohpra, and Anglina, have all been using this wonder -Miricale cream ,it all lies , and when u get the cream and eye gel as samples for a 14 day trail basis its called a whole nother name on the bottles, one time my daughter got "Bella",i got "He-Bella",on line it shows "luxurious".
My point is that your charged the shipping fee -and get it maybe 3 weeks later if your lucky ,well then thats the 14 day trail is up so a 2 day period of having the cream and eye serum /gel what ever it is ,they are charging your account 89.95 and same maybe more for this quarter size jar of eye gel, When u go to call, they tryu to bring the price down to get you to pay, because they dont want you to send it back, some of them are pretty good at conviencing you to pay hal;f the money just to end it all, my daughter sent hers back ,had to pay for that, they never have returned the funds, i believe when all these creams and facial mircals as they call it are on the internet should be stoped, i have scam internet blocking and its still all over the pages , This should be stoped ,Knowing it is not award winning shark tank cream, i went back and watched all eposoides to be sure if it even is on there ? nothing ?????,
