Bella Serata Sent additional product which was not requested - w/o any contact info other than that on delivery box. St. Petersburg Florida
Selection of trial skin care was requested. Received this w/ proper delivery charge of $4.95. I did not order more and I have not received my current billing to know what exact amt. charge will be. There was no invoice nor description of this delivery. I cannot afford any high charges for this, especially since it was not requested!
