A pop-up survey with regard to Amazon and how often I use it is where this Free Trial Offer showed up. After completing the survey the customer is offered a choice of Free selected items; just pay the $4.95 shipping. I selected an Anti-Aging Serum. The product arrived and there were two bottles of the original one I selected and a different one called Bella Vita. I did not use them right away because I had a strange feeling that something was not quite right with this whole situation. I was dead on! I went online to my bank account and to my suprise there were two separate charges; one for $98.41 and one for $97.41 I was devastated!!! I live on a fixed income so consequently the huge domino effect of overdrafts began. First I get charged $195.82 for Products I did not order; except for the free offer for $4.95. So the next course of events is 4 overdrafts at $36.00 each; another $144.00. I then made the decision to return the products since the customer service 800 number did not want to help me at all. You cannot reach them via the internet because the email website address is not valid. When I took the package to mail it back that cost me another $22.00 and change. So now I am at a hefty total of $361.82 for a free product with a $4.95 shipping fee.
Huge Scam now with access to my credit card information and they also had the gaul to state that if you return the item there will be a $19.95 re-stocking fee if they so choose to take it back. So now I am out $381.77 for a free product!
I am appalled extremely upset and out this money for now. I have many health issues and huge doctor's bills I cannot afford to have someone be so dishonest as to do something like this to innocent people. I want some action and my money that was so dishonestly taken from me.
