BellSouth sent a cash back coupon for $100.00 if I switched my service from MCI to switch my local phone service from MCI to BellSouth between June 1 - December 31, 2003. I called and switched in mid June and as required I sent my first bill in with the coupon. I was supposed to receive a check within 8 - 10 weeks. I called in early December to ask about the status and was told that the cash back checks have been running late. I called today and was told that they hadn't received the coupon.

In October I received a letter offering me $25.00 cash back if I switched over my internet service to BellSouth. On August 9 I siwtched and again I did not receive the $25.00. When I called today they said I should have recieved a coupon which I did not. I have been told that this cash back offer has expired. What a joke - What a ripoff

I have received a check for $100.00 from BellSouth in payment for my switching to BellSouth.
