Belmont Place Apartments - Gardens JRK Residential Group Apartment Complex charges high rent and has poor lack of service Atlanta, Georgia

I have had a lot of trouble with my apartment complex taking care of simple maintenance requests lately and am a resident of your Belmont Place property off of 2825 Windy Hill Rd SE in Marietta, GA. Speaking with the manager has not resulted in any action and I am paying $1,000 a month in rent! My original lease stated that for every day over 24 hours that maintenance is not performed that I am supposed to receive $150. This is not being honored either despite multiple requests to management within the past 7 days and my simple maintenance request has not been resolved either. If you are looking for a place to live, then look elsewhere. You can find much cheaper rent nearby and you won't be dealing with the local circus when speaking with management.
