My daughter had a car that she did not want. my dad had co=signed. we met with this Marc and told he we did not have a title. He said he could obtain one since he had my dads info and my dad was on the title and loan. As with you he started to make payments that were not agreed upon but by this time the car was gone so basically my dad agreed to it.
He made payment for a while and then we heard nothing. Heard nothing until the unpaid loan went to collection??? He had some how managed to get a clean title and sell the car leaving my dad and daughter with a $1600 unpaid loan. i see this guy is still in business...

Sorry for the delay. The way I handled it, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I posted complaints on yahoo, his facebook page and non stop phone calls. What he really didn't like was being contacted by the BBB.

Mark breiter ripped me off too. he sold me a car that had a loan on it and it just got repossed last night. i was wondering if anything was done for you, and how you settled it ?
