I believe in honesty and integritty as well being prompt and on time. I called a few Kitcehn Cabinet Refacing Contractors in New Hampshire to scedule an appointment for a free estamate. I was not happy with the secratary who scheduled my appointment. She had to reschedule my appointment knowing my busy schedule because there sales rep was running late from another appointment. If it wasn't for my wife answering the phone call I wouldn't have let the sales rep in my home. You could call me old fashioned but I have never late to work in over 15 years even when sick. Benchmark Home Improvements is lucky there sales rep Lee was very proffesional and knowledgable or else he wouldn't have lasted a minute in my home. After reviewing all of our options we ended up buying our Kitchen Cabinet Refacing project from Benchmark Home Improvements. However, I explained to Lee and called the secretry back with my issues and concerns of being prompt and on time and how they almost lost a deal because of it. Over all, my wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen and pleased with there service. Lee sent me a thank you card and told me this was a leason learned.

I've known the owner of this company for twenty years, Lee Veader. I knew him before he moved to New Hampshire. In Maryland he was a student all 12 years of his education at the same school as me. He was simply awful to classmates, peers, teachers, Pastors, etc...he was exactly...and I mean exactly what you would call a bully and someone who would tear down others. This did not end with high school as he went on to selling pools for... Crown Pools I think it was. Anyways this company would use disingenuous sales tactics that would extort peoples weakness, or age (the elderly)... for example scamming people into believing they were selected for discounts and promotions, wen in fact they were being fleeced to the tune of thousands of dollars of overcharging. The company and its sales force including Lee Veader got such a bad reputation it was mentioned by our Pastor at an after church "rap" meeting. Lee may be a different person now, but the elderly and weak people whose money he took will be forever worse off and there's no repentance or repairing what he did to those people. I feel so bad for the victims of what Lee Veader was all through his childhood and early adulthood, I only hope he has changed.

We are glad Michael gave us a report in regards to our sales rep running late from a previous appointment. We have since made the necessary adjustments to prevent any future concerns in this area.
