Bencraft Mechanical Totally inept A/C Contractor. Gives the profession a bad name. Typical self serving contractor Mims, Florida
This was the second opinion needed to get American Home Shield to cover my A/C condenser that had a ruptured coil and rusted and corroded inside. This guy was so fat that he could not manage to get down on his hands and knees to look at the condition of the unit. He also complained that he did not want to get dirty. He told the warranty company that sprinkler water had eaten away at the unit so the warranty company (who has their own Ripoff report under American Home Shield) denied the claim.
First of all I am an Irrigation Contractor and I know that no sprinklers get anywhere near the unit and secondly the cabinet sides are not rusted in the least. Only the bottom pan is rusted and the compressor is sitting on the ground but because he said what he did the warranty company denied the claim and I had to foot the bill for a new A/C unit. This is a typical contractor who is only interested in the fast buck. He tried to sell us a new unit after telling the warranty company not to pay the claim. He does not make as much when they pay. Run far and run fast from these guys!
